In the Khimki Forest Park, barbecue lovers will find more than a dozen picnic areas with all the necessary things for a feast - benches, tables and barbecues. The points are located near Levoberezhnaya and Dybenko streets. Some of them have gazebos that will protect you from rain or scorching sun. There are also trash cans here, but, unfortunately, there are not enough toilets. In general, it’s a pleasant time here - the area is cleared of garbage, there is beautiful landscapes and interesting walking routes. And most importantly, there are not so many people.

How to get there: The place is located 2–3 kilometers from the Rechnoy Vokzal metro station.

Moskvoretsky Park

There are about two dozen picnic areas here, but finding them is not so easy. Some are located near Isakovsky Street, others are further away, in the forest area. Additional landmarks when searching are Odintsovo embankment and the Cape of Clean Bay. The points have barbecues and tables with benches. If desired, you can find trash cans and dry closets here. There should be enough space for everyone, and there is also somewhere to walk and something to see.

How to get there: the sites are within walking distance (2‒3 kilometers) from the Myakinino and Strogino metro stations, or by bus No. 687 from the Strogino station.

Bitsevsky Forest Park

There are three picnic points here - on Balaklavsky Prospekt (48‒50), on Ostrovityanova Street (39) and at the intersection of Golubinskaya and Inessa Armand streets. The sites are equipped with barbecues and tables with benches. In addition, here you can find grill houses for rent near Sevastopolsky Avenue. The paths and paths in the forest park are not paved, which makes cycling difficult. It is better to walk on foot, this will give an excellent chance to observe forest animals up close - squirrels, hares and birds.

How to get there: The zones are within walking distance (2-3 kilometers) from the Konkovo, Yasenevo, and Teply Stan metro stations.

Fili Park

There are about a dozen picnic points located in the park near the Moskva River embankment. Each is equipped with a table with a bench, a barbecue and a trash bin. There is also a lot of entertainment for every taste - rental of sports equipment, water activities, great bike trail. The main disadvantage is the lack of parking spaces.
