It all started with the fact that we needed to book 4 nights, 2 of which there were two people living in the room, for the remaining two a third person had to come. I immediately said this on the first day of moving in, to which I received an answer: yes, of course we will accommodate you, come back in two days. We were given a very small room, which could not accommodate a third bed. I decided that since they said they would post it, everything would be fine. Day X has arrived. I go up to the reception and receive a very unexpected answer - we cannot add a third bed, the room is small, we no longer have other rooms, but you can sleep on a double bed or pay an additional 6,000 rubles and move to another hotel. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. The staff turned a deaf ear to my arguments that I had warned them in advance. We were never given additional space. I had to sleep in wildly cramped conditions for two nights. Thank you to the hotel for your hospitality. Not another foot. And I’m unlikely to advise my friends and acquaintances to stay here overnight. I hope the managers of this complex will read my review.

We lived in room 6, it was small and extremely uncomfortable, like in some kind of basement. There is no cleaning, there is dust on the closet, there is water on the floor in the restroom, the sink is dirty. The breakfast is terrible, cheesecakes made from flour and almost no cottage cheese, it’s impossible to eat, and in general I didn’t like the food in this cafe. Everything is somehow sloppy, looks disgusting, tastes bad, and the prices are Moscow.

Externally, the hotel is very beautiful - this is the only plus of the hotel. The staff throughout Ethnomir are very friendly, no complaints.

Instead of a shower stall there is a curtain with a hole in the floor. After a shower there is a puddle all over the floor, wet marks remain in the room. Very small room, designed more for one guest, you can also diversify the menu for breakfast, and let us pay more for the room, but hang up the TV, not everyone watches it, but on weekdays after 7 pm the hotel dies out. The room was very stuffy, we slept with the window open, the bed linen was stained with bleach. In the bathhouse the temperature was 120 in one steam room - everyone was hot.

Comfortable beds, the room has storage space, 2 dishes to choose from for breakfast + pastries, the staff is friendly and competent! A bathhouse with two steam rooms with different temperatures, I liked the plunge pool, a spacious tea room with the opportunity to go out into the backyard without prying eyes!

The assessment does not apply to the entire “ethno-world”, but to the situation with our arrival on January 12-13, 2019, and more specifically, to the employees who have probably heard about the words “service” and “quality” only on TV . The complex has parking, there were no problems with parking. We checked into the Nepal Hotel (we booked a room for two in advance in new year holidays at a price of 3000/night). The room is very small, two separate beds, in the shower there is a curtain suspended from the ceiling, when the lights are turned on the ventilation turns on with noise, there is an electric heater in the middle of the room. We didn’t expect a European standard of accommodation, without really delving into the design, we left our things and went for a walk around the territory. When we returned, we realized that there was no chance of warming up in the room after a frosty walk: there was no hot water, the room was cold, the electric heater couldn’t cope, and the central heating radiator was barely warm. We called the reception, they sent a plumber 10 minutes later, a man with no complexes, in dirty wet boots, began to mark the territory with snow footprints (after the remark he still took off his shoes), measured the temperature of the radiator with a fashionable laser device and left with the conclusion “it won’t get any warmer.” We went to the reception and they gave us the keys to another room on the second floor. Not only was there no electric heater at all, but the radiator was simply cold, and the temperature in the room was not suitable, let alone for spending the night, it was simply uneasy to be in it. I had to go back to the reception again with a complaint. First, the administrator began to call the employee, whose duties apparently included preparing the rooms for check-in. Judging by the conversation, the employee went home and it was not his plan to return. We were offered to take the keys and go look at all the remaining rooms and choose our favorite.

No refrigerator. Disgusting toilet paper, I've never seen worse. The water takes a long time to warm up, but then it becomes hot.

We stayed at the Nepal Hotel in December 2018, 1 night. We had room 11 on the second floor. The room is warm, cozy, although small, clean. There is a table, a wardrobe, tea cups. The single beds in room 11 are close together, perfect for a married couple. We saw several other rooms - the beds are in different corners of the room. View from the window onto the field. The windows open and there are mosquito nets. 2 towels per guest. Separately, I want to say about the bathroom. Indeed, at the Nepal Hotel it is the most primitive; the shower is a hole in the floor, behind a curtain near the toilet. Of course, after taking a shower, the floor is wet, and it’s uncomfortable to walk in disposable rag slippers (you can get them at the reception in the main building of the Caravanserai). But, in the end, you can allocate one small towel for wiping the floor. The inconvenience of this shower is compensated by the fact that the hotel itself is one of the most comfortable in Ethnomir. Very authentic, atmospheric. A huge plus is that for breakfast, guests of this hotel go to the Indian Soul restaurant, and this restaurant is located in the Nepal Hotel itself. Guests of other hotels go to restaurants in neighboring buildings for breakfast. It’s especially important in winter; you go downstairs from your floor - and here’s your restaurant. About breakfast: there are several menu options, you can choose dishes according to your taste and mood. For example, for breakfast we were able to order an omelet with ham and cheese and pancakes with sour cream for each guest. We haven’t tried cheesecakes or scrambled eggs. Also unlimited tea, coffee (quite passable), pastries, honey, jam, milk. Prices in all restaurants are Moscow, expensive. The refectory dining room is the most budget option. In general, for hotel prices in Ethnoworld, Nepal has the best price/quality ratio.
