People come to Happiness for the atmosphere. Among our guests you can often meet people of creative professions (next to us are « Contemporary » , Moscow Art Theater, Theater of Europe), business representatives, pleasant young men and women, and on weekends - families with children.
It is very important for us that the food is truly tasty and interesting. However, at the same time, we clearly balance such simple things as omelettes, scrambled eggs, and cereals, which we can prepare with lactose-free, soy, and skim milk. At the request of our guests, we add almost everything to the omelette: from shrimp to sun-dried tomatoes. Pancakes with apple and cinnamon are worthy of special attention. Be sure to come and try them.
We open at 8am and truly believe it's great to start your day with breakfast. On weekends, we give our guests time to sleep and serve breakfast until 18.00.
Around "Happiness" » a lot of friends: for example, Liza Boyarskaya often brings recipes from her family, which we then use.

The Moscow branch of the iconic Yerevan restaurant Dolmama, which opened on Romanov Lane this fall, immediately launched breakfast. All are quite traditional - Armenian. "TsDL"

BREAKFAST TIME:
08:00−12:00

Since the beginning of October, the TsDL restaurant has switched to a new operating mode - from early morning, that is, from eight. The breakfast menu was created by the new chef of the restaurant, Fyodor Verin; there are both original and traditional dishes, although they are also prepared in their own interpretation. For example, cheesecakes (600 rubles) without adding flour are not at all like regular ones: they look like large balls, the taste is very tender and airy. There are several types of porridges: millet with pumpkin, mascarpone, chia seeds (450 rubles), oatmeal with blueberries and pecans (350 rubles), quinoa with goji berries, maple syrup and coconut milk (450 rubles), and nowhere else yet unnoticed spelled with cucumber and pomegranate (350 rubles). Several egg dishes: fried eggs with homemade sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms (400 rubles), omelet with spinach, tomatoes and cheese (350 rubles), bruschetta with soft omelet, curd cheese and salmon (450 rubles) and “Breakfast Central House”, very similar to "Uilliam's Breakfast" ( Fedor Verin is also the chef at Uillam's and co-owner of the Brix wine bars. - Ed.), which includes eggs Benedict, salmon, toast, butter, pate, potato pancakes and a shot of birch sap with chia seeds (600 rubles).

In addition, there are dumplings with cherries (600 rubles) and cottage cheese (450 rubles), semolina gnocchi (350 rubles), pancakes with cottage cheese and fruit salad (450 rubles) and granola with milk and kefir (250 rubles).

BREAKFAST TIME:
all day

The menu of the Greek restaurant Molon Lave does not have a breakfast section, but there are dishes that are perfect for it. It’s also worth talking about them because there aren’t many good restaurants serving Greek food in Moscow.

So, a few options that are closest to breakfast: dzadzytsi me kulouri salonikis - homemade Greek yogurt with grated cucumbers, olive oil and bagel (270 rubles), kolokifokeftedes - zucchini cutlets with yogurt sauce (290 rubles), spanakopitakia - pies with spinach and cheese feta (240 rubles) and feta tilihti - feta fried in filo dough, with cherry jam (380 rubles).

At the newly opened wine bar Nude. Coffee & Wine Bar on Patriarch's Ponds offers breakfast and prepares it all day long. On the menu: granola with yogurt and berries (180 rubles), oatmeal with stewed apples (180 rubles), American pancakes with blueberries (260 rubles), French toast with cream cheese and caramelized pecans (280 rubles) - by the way, a rather large portion for one. There is also a scramble with salmon and spinach (280 rubles), an omelette with prosciutto and burrata (280 rubles) and eggs Benedict (320 rubles). I would like to add that sandwiches from the cafe’s main menu are also great for breakfast.

You can have all this in combination with excellent coffee, which was served at Nude by Anastasia Godunova (co-owner of the coffee shop). The menu includes espresso, cappuccino, latte and signature coffee with milk and rosemary.

In chef Dmitry Zotov's pub, Haggis Pub & Kitchen, which opened in the summer, by the fall there were breakfasts that were as powerful as the dishes from the main menu, also clearly inspired by British cuisine. For example, seafood sausage with mashed potatoes (450 rubles), English muffin with salmon (390 rubles), rye toast with smoked haddock and cod liver (340 rubles) and, at first glance, a breakfast option that is quite extreme by Moscow standards - blood pudding with pork tongue and poached egg (320 rubles).

There are also porridges: oatmeal with ginger and baked pineapple (290 rubles) and pearl barley with bottarga and asparagus (410 rubles); a couple of omelettes - regular with three eggs (190 rubles) and with cauliflower and truffle oil (290 rubles); cheesecakes with raspberry sauce or sour cream (290 rubles); quiche with spinach, artichokes and bacon (350 rubles) and warm chicken liver pate on rye toast with egg (310 rubles).
